Executive Director
Each ESRD Network has an Executive Director responsible for the administration of each ESRD state-clustered region. The Executive Director has expertise in:

| v | Fiscal oversight of the Network |
| v | Professional relationships with the ESRD community |
| v | Ability to interpret ESRD regulations and extensive referral capabilities |

Medical Quality Manager
Each ESRD Network is responsible for promoting excellence in patient care. Network of New England has two Medical Quality Managers with expertise in:

| v | Current information on state and federal regulations related to Nephrology Nursing |
| v | Knowledge about Medical Licensure, certification and daily practice |
| v | Policy development consultation |
| v | Clinical assessment and recommendations |

Information Systems Manager
and Information Management Specialist
The ESRD Network of New England manages and continuously improves a computerized patient registry system. Data in the system provides information on patient demographics, treatment, modality, diagnosis and status. The Network Information Systems Manager has expertise in:

The Information Management Specialist has expertise is:

| v | Assisting in the development of special data reports |
| v | Providing support for CMS Forms inquires and compliance |
| v | Preparation of CMS Year End Facility Survey |
| v | Assisting with QNet ID Numbers and VISION Inquiries |
| v | Coordinating vendor registration for Annual Network Educational Meeting |

Patient Services Coordinator
This ESRD Network has a staff member responsible for processing patient complaints, maintaining a resource library and facilitating educational programs. The Patient Services Manager has expertise in:

Community Development Coordinator
The Community Development Coordinator has expertise in:

| v | Providing production support for Network Notes professional newsletter and educational materials |
| v | Coordinating materials, such as the "Starter Kit", for new facilities |

Office Assistant & Administrative Assistant
This ESRD Network has an Office Assistant responsible for clerical support, and routing communications. The Office Assistant has expertise in:
